◇ Earth being the stubborn bitch less-than-encouragable element it is makes it a bit hard for Zeljko to control anything. (Read: he can't perform any earth magic yet.)

◇ People who hang around him for long amounts of time tend to have more nightmares--very, very realistic nightmares, usually including him. He can also intentionally cause these nightmares if he so chooses.

◇ As alps are traditionally shapeshifters, he would be able to shift into a bird, like his father before him...if he had better control over his magic. For now, it is but a dream.

◊ Personality: Perservering and ungodly stubborn, Zeljko is equal parts grumpy, tactless, and, well, greedy--but only to those he has to deal with on a regular basis. His common mask to those he meets on one-off occasions is slightly more tolerable; though still leering and with a tendency to scowl, he becomes sociable and even-tempered, to a point--mostly just to get whatever scoop into the lives of whomever he is interviewing (and make no qualms about it--all conversations with him inevitably become interviews). He asks all the hard questions, even when not invited to do so, a fact that makes him rather unpopular around the local who know his infamy. Still, his publications are respected if only because they are highly entertaining (if not wholly falsified to make a buck or two). He is a rowdy drunk and loves to have a good time: when he is not writing or dealing, he is probably at a pub, slamming back the drink like there's no tomorrow.

◊ History: Born, raised, and housed in the rich district of Volacitas, Zeljko nonetheless behaves much more like a poor street rat. Perhaps this comes from his endless fascination with the rags and scoundrels, the pitiful and scrappy, who lead the oh-so-dangerous, exciting jobs that promised so much reward for all of that risk. Enamored with the idea of being something of a reverse Robin Hood--risk his neck scamming the poor to make his own self rich--he decided to depart from strictly managing his newspaper to dabbling in drug dealing. It is surprising to none, then, that he himself became addicted to the very drugs he was pushing. Now tottering between perpetual highs of artificiality, Zeljko is setting his sights on more powerful, corruptable, and richer customers to market his wares to. Only time will tell if (or rather, when) the popo will catch up with him.

+ This guy is an Alp (no, not the mountains, silly). Please do not touch his cap. Just don't.

+ He has an endless fascination with the subjects of Luxuria, spurred on by their Sommortis filled world and their lifestyles. When he is able, he likes to conduct interviews with various travelers coming from Luxuria, and most trips away from home are spent in those lands.

+ Though he is absolutely horrid at magic (he's working on it!), he is a much better brawler--people expecting a fair fight had best step down quickly.

+ If he wasn't a journalist/drug pusher, he'd most likely dip into the military.
